Article 1 (Application)

1. These Terms of Service (hereinafter "Terms") establish the conditions for using the Reservation Platform (hereinafter "Service") between the operator providing the Service (hereinafter "Company") and users (hereinafter "Users").
2. By using this Service, Users are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
3. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use this Service.

Article 2 (Definitions)

1. "Service" refers to the reservation management platform and related services provided by the Company.
2. "Users" refers to all persons using this Service (including shop owners and customers making reservations).
3. "Shop Owner" refers to business operators who register shop information on this Service and use reservation management functions.
4. "Customer" refers to general users who make reservations through this Service.
5. "Content" refers to text, images, videos, audio, and other information.

Article 3 (Account Registration)

1. Shop Owners must register an account through the method specified by the Company to use this Service.
2. When registering an account, the following information must be accurately provided:
   • Shop name
   • Representative's name
   • Contact information (phone number, email address)
   • Shop location
   • Business category
   • Other information specified by the Company
3. If registration information contains false statements, errors, or omissions, the Company may refuse registration or delete the account.
4. LINE authentication is required when registering for the free plan.
5. Users shall promptly update their registration information when changes occur.

Article 4 (Prohibited Activities)

Users shall not engage in the following activities when using this Service:

1. Registration or provision of false information
2. Registration of non-existent shops or shops not operated by the user
3. Registration or reservations for mischievous purposes
4. Impersonating others
5. Infringing on intellectual property rights, privacy rights, reputation, or other rights of the Company, other Users, or third parties
6. Placing excessive load on the Service's servers or networks
7. Interfering with the operation of this Service
8. Unauthorized access, hacking, reverse engineering, etc.
9. Violating laws or public order and morals
10. Providing benefits to antisocial forces
11. Other activities deemed inappropriate by the Company

Article 5 (Pricing Plans)

1. This Service offers three plans: Free Plan, Starter Plan, and Standard Plan.
2. Details of each plan are as follows:
   • Free Plan: Portal site listing only. Online reservation function is not available.
   • Starter Plan: Monthly fee. Up to 30 online reservations per month.
   • Standard Plan: Monthly fee. Unlimited online reservations.
3. Details of fees and payment methods are according to the separately defined price list.
4. Fees for paid plans are to be paid monthly in advance.
5. Fees once paid will not be refunded for any reason.

Article 6 (Service Suspension and Account Deletion)

1. The Company may suspend use of this Service or delete accounts without prior notice if Users fall under any of the following:
   • Violation of these Terms
   • False registration information
   • Failure to pay fees
   • No response to communications from the Company for a considerable period
   • Other cases where the Company deems use inappropriate
2. The Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by Users due to the above measures.

Article 7 (Disclaimer)

1. The Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by Users due to changes, interruptions, or termination of this Service.
2. The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, usefulness, completeness, or legality of information obtained through this Service.
3. The Company shall not be liable for any disputes between Shop Owners and Customers.
4. The Company does not guarantee that this Service will work on all devices or that no defects will occur.

Article 8 (Intellectual Property Rights)

1. All intellectual property rights related to this Service belong to the Company or those who have licensed them to the Company.
2. Intellectual property rights of content posted by Users on this Service belong to the Users.
3. Users grant the Company a free, non-exclusive license to use the content they post.

Article 9 (Handling of Personal Information)

1. The Company will appropriately handle Users' personal information in accordance with the separately defined Privacy Policy.
2. Information obtained through LINE authentication will be used only for identity verification and fraud prevention purposes.

Article 10 (Changes to Terms)

1. The Company may change these Terms as necessary.
2. When changing the Terms, the Company will notify users of the changes on this Service.
3. If Users continue to use this Service after the changes, they are deemed to have agreed to the revised Terms.

Article 11 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

1. The interpretation and application of these Terms shall be governed by Japanese law.
2. Any disputes arising in connection with this Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the Company's location as the court of first instance.
